Saboteur :Rig,Blow and Escape
The Saboteur is a third person action-adventure video game set during World War II in German-occupied France. It was published by Electronic Arts and developed by Pandemic Studios, with the latter being liquidated after finishing the game. The game's protagonist -Sean Devlin is an Irish race car mechanic. After being cheated out a win in the 1940 Saarbrücken Grand Prix by Kurt Dierker, a Nazi colonel, Sean and his best friend Jules Rousseau seek revenge and sabotage his prized racecar. After being captured, Dierker executes Jules during interrogation under the belief they are really British agents sent to spy on him, but Sean escapes. The rest of the storyline chronicles Sean's fight to kill Dierker. He is recruited by the French Resistance and British SOE, who help him throughout the story. The story takes place during World War II and the German occupation of France, but the war itself is used as a backdrop to the main story, which is about Sean's fight to avenge Jules's murder and kill Dierker, which is where the story comes to its conclusion. But for some gamers, crashes, errors, and black screens may be keeping them from fighting the good fight. Incase you encounter any error not mentioned here, feel free to holla @ me.

The Saboteur Version 1.03 Beta Patch Notes / Details:
Game no longer freezes during play on the following hardware combination:
» ATI video card from the 3K, 4K, and 5K series
» Windows Vista/7 both 32 bit and 64 bit
Known Issues & Current Workaround:
Users with Quad core CPU’s will possibly have significant streaming issues without the following work around. The team is aware of this issue and is working on a fix for it in the next patch update. If you are running a Quad Core CPU please follow the steps below to set Game Only affinity on your CPU. While this will decrease the amount of streaming glitches, it is not a full proof fix.
Recommended Game-only steps for Quad core users only:
Windows 7 and Vista
Boot the game.
Wait for the main menu to load, then press Ctrl-Alt-Delete.
Select Start Task Manager.
If the game is visible, press Alt-Tab, otherwise continue to the next step.
Inside the Task Manager, go to the Processes tab.
Find Saboteur.exe, right-click it, and select Set Affinity…
De-select CPU 2 and CPU 3.
Click OK.
Problem #1: ATI Graphics Card Issues / Saboteur PC won’t run with an ATI Graphics Card:
Solution #1: (By Sledgehammer70, Saboteur Community Manager)
We are currently digging into the issue at hand & are working as fast as possible to find a solution.
In some of our tests we have found one workaround that seems to allow users to run the game. Some have posted adjusting the affinity process via “Task Manager” but our fix truly puts the system in a 1 core mode and will allow you to run the game. Overall this is not a final fix, nor a perfectly stable fix, but it will allow you to run the game.
This work around is entirely base upon CPU processing power & will possibly only work for certain systems.
Steps to turn off cores: (For Windows 7)
1.) Open MSCONFIG (You can open it by entering MSCONFIG in the search bar)
2.) Select the “Boot” tab
3.) Click on “Advanced Options”
4.) Check “Number of Processors”
5.) Select “1” from dropdown menu
6.) Click “Apply”
7.) Restart machine
Steps to turn off cores: (For Windows Vista)
1.) Open MSCONFIG – Start> Run > Type MSCONFIG
2.) Select the “BOOT.INI” tab
3.) Click on “Advanced Options…”
4.) Select the check box for /NUMPROC= set it to 1 & click “OK”
5.) Click “Apply”
6.) Restart machine
